Michael Ladwig
Physician / President
Dr. Ladwig received his medical degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver and specializes in occupational and aviation medicine. Dr. Ladwig is a Senior FAA Examiner and specializes in Occupational Medicine. He has been involved in the treatment of work related injuries since 1986 and is Level II accredited by the Department of Labor and Employment Division of Workers Compensation.
Gary Childers
Physician
Dr. Childers, a native of Savannah, Georgia, received his medical degree from University of Florida (go Gators!). He is Level I accredited by the Dept. of Labor and Employment Division of Workers Compensation, and is a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner. He completed 6 years reserve/active duty with the US Army at Fort Rucker, AL which included deployment as a Flight Surgeon, 101st Airborne Division during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
Jennifer Voag
M.S., PA-C
Jennifer is a Colorado native who earned a Bachelor of Science at Colorado State University in Exercise and Sports Medicine. After college she worked in Pediatrics at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston for two years. She was then accepted into Quinnipiac University in Hampden, Connecticut and graduated in 2003 with a Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant studies. She has specialized in Occupational Medicine and Pain Management since 2006.
Amelia Carmosino
M.S., PA-C
Amelia was born in Kansas City, MO but moved to Colorado at a young age. She attended Baker University in Baldwin City, KS and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2004. She completed her Masters of Clinical Medical Science in 2007 in the Physicians Assistant program at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. She has been working in Occupational Medicine since 2009.
Michelle Buffalini
RN, MSN, CRNP
Michelle is a Pennsylvania native and 2020 transplant to Colorado. She studied at Carlow College in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated with a BSN and MSN in 2003. She was an Active Duty Medical Specialist with the United States Army and provided field-medicine services in hospital and combat triage environments from 1988 to 1994. She completed her military service as a Platoon Sergeant in the Army Reserves in 1994 and began her civilian medical career. She has been working in an Occupational Medicine environment since 2017.

Billing Manager
In addition to her duties as our billing administrator, Cassie maintains her certifications as a Medical Assistant. She is BAT, SAMI and Limited Scope certified and has been a team member since 1991.
