Michael Ladwig

Dr. Ladwig received his medical degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver and specializes in occupational and aviation medicine. Dr. Ladwig is a Senior FAA Examiner and specializes in Occupational Medicine. He has been involved in the treatment of work related injuries since 1986 and is Level II accredited by the Department of Labor and Employment Division of Workers Compensation.
Gary Childers
Physician
Dr. Childers, a native of Savannah, Georgia, received his medical degree from University of Florida (go Gators!). He is Level I accredited by the Dept. of Labor and Employment Division of Workers Compensation, and is a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner. He completed 6 years reserve/active duty with the US Army at Fort Rucker, AL which included deployment as a Flight Surgeon, 101st Airborne Division during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
Dee Jay Beach
Physician
Practically Native, Dr. Beach was raised in Colorado after moving from Nebraska at a young age. He completed his Bachelors degree at CU Boulder in Molecular, cellular and developmental biology before moving to the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, where he completed his D.O. degree. He has worked exclusively in Occupational Medicine in Colorado since 1992 and joined our team in January of 2023. In addition to being Level II accredited by the Colorado Division of Workers Compensation, Dr. Beach is the Staff Physician and Medical Director for South Adams County Fire Department. Dr. Beach splits his time between the South Adams clinic and our main clinic in Denver.
Jennifer Voag
M.S., PA-C
Jennifer is a Colorado native who earned a Bachelor of Science at Colorado State University in Exercise and Sports Medicine. After college she worked in Pediatrics at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston for two years. She was then accepted into Quinnipiac University in Hampden, Connecticut and graduated in 2003 with a Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant studies. She has specialized in Occupational Medicine and Pain Management since 2006 and is Level I accredited by the Division of Workers Compensation.
Amelia Carmosino
M.S., PA-C
Amelia was born in Kansas City, MO but moved to Colorado at a young age. She attended Baker University in Baldwin City, KS and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2004. She completed her Masters of Clinical Medical Science in 2007 in the Physicians Assistant program at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. She has been working in Occupational Medicine since 2009 and is Level I accredited by the Colorado Division of Workers Compensation.
Adeline Hubbard Singer

“Addy” comes to us from the greater Chicago area, having resided and traveled around the United States extensively during her youth. A graduate of Baylor University Class of 2016 (BA in Medical Humanities) and Arcadia University Class of 2022 (Masters of Medical Science / PA), we were fortunate to bring her on to our team to begin her career as a Physician Assistant in October of 2022. Passionate about patient care and returning patients to pre-injury function and quality of life, she’s found a great home with us working in Occupational Medicine. Addy is Level I accredited by the Colorado Division of Workers Compensation.

Cassie Gust
Billing Manager
In addition to her duties as our billing administrator, Cassie maintains her certifications as a Medical Assistant. She is BAT, SAMI and Limited Scope certified and has been a team member since 1991.
