Dr. Ladwig has been serving the aviation community as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner for over 30 years. Dr. Childers is also a Senior AME, and has been performing medicals for military and civilian pilots since 1989. First through Third Class, as well as student medicals are available, and we transmit directly to Oklahoma City.
We are pleased to accommodate your need for an Airman Medical Certificate, and we are experts in the ever-changing certification standards and procedures. Walk-in’s or same day appointments are available but for best service – advance appointments are highly recommended. Additionally, patients with appointments receive a $20 discount off of the walk-in price!
We are located just a few blocks North of the United Training Center in Denver and our hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. To ensure the best care and service for each patient, we are unable to accept any walk-in’s after 4:00 pm. Complimentary Pick-up and Drop-off to Northfield, Stapleton, and TK is available most days – just give us a call. While it is a short distance, the route is NOT pedestrian friendly… so please grab a Lyft, Uber, or Cab – or give us a call for a ride.
You must go to MedXpress to fill out your 8500 form PRIOR to arrival for your appointment, and be sure to bring the confirmation number with you.
